Meats Corporation is one of the few remaining
traditional hotel/restaurant/institutional meat
purveyors left in the United States. We properly age
those beef cuts that benefit from the aging process,
such as ribs and loins. We still hand cut our
steaks. We custom cut, package, and label all our
meat products to our customers' needs and
specifications. With over 85 years of combined
experience in the meat industry, CMC management has
the knowledge and expertise to help resolve your
meat problems and free your time to address the
other issues in your business.
Our processing facility located in Dallas, Texas, is
USDA inspected, and is in full compliance with both
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP)
and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)
programs. CMC is also approved for export to the
European Union (EU), Switzerland, and Mexico.
Custom Meats Corporation is a small company staying
small. This is not an ego-driven company. CMC does
not have to be an industry giant to assure its
future.

or small chain that genuinely values the products
